TO BE RATIONED.
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 4, 1 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 4. A special meeting of the Seamen’s Union in Sydney decided to introduce rationing of employment. A resolution was carried to compel all seamen employed on vessels for six months to stand down for a month.
