Non-Political Party.
Without discussion the Christchurch Returned Soldiers’ Association passed the following motion at its annual meeting on Tuesday:—“That this annual meeting reaffirms that portion of the constitution making the association" Apon-political and non-sectarian, and considers any departure from this would have disastrous effects upon the future welfare of the association and greatly hinder the work of caring for distressed and disabled men.”
