N.Z. Farmers Satisfied With Australian Visit. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, April 23. The New Zealand dairy farmers’ de egates were passengers by the Wanganella, -which left for Auckland yeste~dav. Mr Dynes Fulton, interviewed, expressed confidence at the result of the visit. He said that there w’ould be a much clearer understanding between Australia and New Zealand to their material and mutual benefit. The visitors were impressed by the courage displayed by the Australian producers in meeting the difficulties of the past few years and the growth of the dairy industry. Mr Fulton said that low’ prices, resulting from bad economic conditions in New Zealand, made the farming community’s lot there extremely difficult. Butter was retailing as low as 82d for' finest quality and the prices paid to farmers for butter-fat w’ere the lowest for thirty years.
