RESERVED JUDGMENT.

Reserved judgment in favour of defendant was given to-day by Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., in the case in which Herbert Henry Cook proceeded against Arthur Bailey for an order for dissolution of partnership, for the taking of accounts of partnership and for the payment of such sum as may be found payable by one partner to another, not exceeding £2OO. Judgment was given for defendant as on the claim for £2OO, with costs. Mr A. C. Cottrell appeared for defendant.
