MASTERTON, April 7. j As a result of receiving a kick from | Li a horse, Robert Oliver Smith, a wellknown settler of Earlyhurst, Bideford, I Most his life yesterday. His body was i ij found down a steep bank, where it had : been dragged by the horse. Smith having become entangled in a rope on the J animal.
