For using water for a garden otherwise than through a meter, the following who made voluntary appearances in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, were each fined 10s and costs: William Gadd, Eric Charles Langford. Lawrence Neilsen, Nola Pollock, Leslie James Searle and Kate Florence Zimmerman. A number of traffic cases brought by the Heathcote County Council were dealt with at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court this morning. James Low, w-ho made a voluntary appearance, was fined £2 and costs for speeding Gertrude M’Clure was fined 30s and costs and William Roberts was fined £2 and costs on similar charges.
