and cement. she leaves the same day for Dunedin, oamaru and Timaru. WAINUI will call here to-morrow to discharge Melbourne cargo. The vessel is at Dunedin to-day. OPIHI is now expected here to-mor-row from Timaru to load for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth. POOLTA should leave Dunedin to-day for Oamaru and Timaru to load here on Thursday for Napier and Gisborne. WAIPIATA is expected here to-mor-row from the south to load for Auckland. GALE will load at Lyttelton on Thursday for Wellington and Wanganui. HOLMDALE, due here to-morrow from Timaru, will load here for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui. HOLMGLEN is due at Dunedin to-day from Wellington, and should call here on Friday to load for Wellington, New Plymouth and Waikato. STORM will make her next call at Lyttelton on January 24 to load for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui. NARBADA is expected to leave Lyttelton on Thursday for Timaru, Dunedin, Bluff and Newcastle. TEES left Waitangi at 3 p.m. yesterday afternoon, and should arrive at Lyttelton on Thursday. She is advertised to leave for Waitangi and Pitt Island on Friday. The vessel is bringing a full cargo of wool. TAUPATA is to load here to-morrow for Nelson, Mapua and Motueka. Kapiti is expected here to-day from Wellington to load for Wanganui direct. KINI is due at Lyttelton on Friday from Westport with coal. She will complete unloading at Oamaru, Port Chalmers and Dunedin, and is due back at Lyttelton via ports on January .27 to load for Nelson, New Plymouth, Westport and Greymouth. NORTHUMBERLAND was to leave Auckland yesterday for Wellington and Gisborne, arriving here to-morrow. She will sail on Thursday for Gisborne and Napier. CUMBERLAND, en route from England in ballast, has reported by wireless that she now expects to arrive at Auckland at midnight on Sunday. En route from London, the Remuera has reported by wireless that she expects to arrive at Wellington at 7 a.m. next Monday. The Marine Department advises that the master of the Waimea has reported a large log, likely to be dangerous to navigation, between Gisborne and East Cape, in latitude 37deg 50min south, longitude 178 deg 30min east. Included in the cargo of the Wanganella, which arrived at Wellington yesterday morning from Sydney, were transhipments from the following vessels:—Temeraire, Tanda, Ormonde, Changte and Marella. PERSONAL. Mr A. Thomson is rejoining the Monowai as second engineer. Mr O. J. Clegg, from the Monowai, is now on holidays. Mr A. C. Mou.ll, chief electrician on the Rangatira, is now on holiday leave. The Kini recommissions with the following engineers:—Chief, Mr A. Macdonald; second, Mr J. J. Matthews; third, Mr D. M'Murran. Captain G. B. Bates, late of the Westralia, is in command of the Wanganella, which arrived this morning from Sydney, and he has associated with him the following officers:—Chief, Mr T.
