Wife of Novelist Secures Divorce. SHE LIVES IN TARANAKI. United Press Assn.—By El'ectric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received January 17, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, January 16. Frieda Bisham Jepson, residing in Taranaki, whose evidence was taken on affidavit, was granted a decree nisi against Edgar Jepson, the novelist, on the ground of his misconduct in London with Mrs Eftie Lois Lipscombe. The suit was undefended. Edgar Jepson was married in 1899 to Frieda Bisham Holmes and there are two daughters and a son of the marriage. Mr Jepson’s publications are very numerous, dating from 1895 to the present time.
