PROCESSIONS BANNED.

Young Australia League Affected. (Special to the " Star.”) WELLINGTON, January 12. Street processions are still forbidden in Wellington, so that bands will be unable to play the Young Australia League boys through the city. A decision to adhere to the council s regulations debarring processions was reached by the deputy-Mayor (Mr W. H. Bennett) in the absence of the Mayor. The Australian boys will be conveyed to the Y.M.C.A. in a special tram, and afterwards will be allowed to inarch to places to be visited provided a band does not play. The programme for their stay includes a civic reception.
