RE-HEARING APPLIED FOR
An application by Herbert Henry Cook for a re-hearing of the case between Arthur Bailey, of Christchurch, farmer, plaintiff (Mr A. C. Cottrell) and the New Zealand Sheepfarmers’ Agency, Ltd., and Herbert Henry Cook, salesman, defendants, in which judgment was given against defendants for £33 12s 6d and £5 18s costs was dismissed on a technical objection by Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., in the Civil Court this morning.
