Dividends Declared for Shareholders. The New Zealand Investment, Mortgage and Deposit Co., Ltd., Wellington, has paid an interim dividend of 3 per cent for the half-year ended September 30. Wunderlich, Ltd., has declared an interim, half-yearly dividend on ordinary shares at 5 per cent per annum (an unchanged rate); preference, 7 per cent per annum (less statutory deduction), payable October 20. The directors of Sharland and Company will recommend at the annual meeting next month that a dividend of 6 per cent on both preference and ordinary shares should be paid for the year ended August 31, 1932.
