GANGSTER PERIL.

CRIMINALS' COMBINE. “The People" reveals that Scotland Yard possesses full details of an amazing scheme by which the more formidable bandit gangs in London have combined to rob shops and stores over a wide area. Behind the plot is a Soho gang, whose leader was the originator of the idea. The amalgamated gangs have been operating only a few weeks and so far have eluded police efforts to secure evidence sufficient for conviction in Court. The gang shift their headquarters frequently from one criminal haunt tq another in the West End, for they consider that to use any one place too long creates - suspicion. The share-out is made every week at a cafe in Soho, each man being paid in notes.
