A link with old racing days in Dunedin was severed last week by the death of Mrs H. Goodman, whose late husband for many years ranked as one of the leading trainers in Otago. The late Mrs Goodman was a sister to the well-known Trentham trainer. J. \V. Lowe, and mother of Albert Goodman, who also trains at Trentham. The dragon-fly can fly forward or backward without turning.
