GRAND OPERA CONCERT.

Reporting on the success of Mr Carter’s grand opera concert on Thursday evening, the “Star” said: “Mr Hubert Carter and the artists from his studio have every reason to be proud of their efforts. . . . The whole pro-

gramme was a great success, and the large audience were thoroughly enthusiastic.” Leading artists, instrumental and vocal, are assisting in this programme of outstanding interest. There has been a big demand for seats for tonight’s concert at the Radiant Hall, and patrons are asked to be seated before eight o’clock, as the concert starts punctually on time.
