IRELAND TO DEFAULT.
LONDON, July 1. The Dublin correspondent of the “ Daily Telegraph ” says that the Government has definitely decided to default on the land annuity payments
Cabinet discussed the British inten tion to impose import duties, which came as a bombshell to business men, farmers, and cattle exporters, who fear that there will be incalculable reactions on Irish trade.
