i Appointment of General Manager. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 29. An announcement that the New Zealand Broadcasting Board had appointed Mr E. C. Hands as general manager was made this evening by the chairman of the board, Mr H. D. Vickery. Air Hands, who was formerly principal of the telegraph division of the Government Post Office, has acted as general manager to the board since ; its inception, has Services having been ' loaned by the Postmaster-General for this purpose. « Consequent upon his appointment as i general manager.
