EDUCATION BOARD.
Nominations for Election of Members. The following nominations haw been received for the election of members to represent the various wards in the Canterbury Education Board district: Christchurch Urban area (two mem bers required)—Messrs S. Baird, C. R. N. Mackie, J. J. Rowe. C. D. W. LSheppard and C. S. Thompson. Timaru Urban area (one required) Messrs G. Benstead and A. L. Gee. North-West Ward (one required)Messrs H. J. Bignell and C. Rands. Middle Ward (one required)—Mr W, P. Spencer. South Ward (one required)—Messrs G. W. Armitage and J. T. Smart. An election, on July 20. will be necessary in all wards except the Middle Ward.
