Despite his suspension, Nurmi has accompanied the Finnish Olympic team to Los Angeles, and hopes to run in the Marathon after his reinstatement by the International Federation, which is to meet before the games. IMPORTATION OP WHEAT. WELLINGTON, June 29. Tile Minister of Industries and Commerce to-day announced that arrangements had been made for the importation of approximately 8,500,000 bushels of wheat from Australia. The arrangements provide that part of the full duty shall be charged. Internal price levels will not be disturbed. It is believed that the importation of Supplies for milling will relieve the pressure on the local market for Jowl wheat.
