New Von Papen Ministry Sworn In. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received June 3,2 p.m.) BERLIN, June 2. Cabinet has been sworn in. Captain von Papen received Dr Luther, president of the Reichsbank. Captain von Papen afterwards issued a communique stating that the Government would not sanction any measures likely to result in inflation. Captain von Papen’s succession has failed to dispel the public pessimism.
