New Von Papen Ministry Sworn In. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received June 3,2 p.m.) BERLIN, June 2. Cabinet has been sworn in. Captain von Papen received Dr Luther, president of the Reichsbank.
