Victoria and Tasmania Oppose Federal Act. HIGH COURT ACTION TAKEN. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 23, 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 23. The Victorian and Tasmanian Governments have decided to co-operate in intervening in the High Court action, now being heard in Melbourne, in which New South Wales seeks a declaration that the whole of the Commonwealth Financial Agreement Enforcement Act is invalid. Queensland. South Australia and West Australia are taking no action.
