A page from the book of life which plays on the emotions is “ The Sin of Madelr-n Claudet,” the latest Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer release, which is being screened at the Regent Theatre. Tt is the talkie version of Edward Knoblock’s stage presentation, “The Lullaby,” and tells of the length to which a mother will go to make sacrifices for her child.
