Canterbury College Club Meets. The annual meeting of the Canterbury College Tennis Club was held last evening, about forty members being present. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr F. J. Murray; president, Professor F. Sinclaire; vice-presidents, Professors L. G. Pocock, S. Steele, R. S. Allen, C. C. Farr, P. H. Powell and Messrs E. Hadkins and J. Dart; club captain, Mr R. A. Young; secretary, Mr G. Knight; treasurer, Mr B. A. Barrer; committee, men, Messrs A. R. Cant, J. H. Griffiths, R. M. Barrer, A. P. Campbell; women. Misses M. Sherris, G. Rankin and P. Metson. After general business bad been concluded, Mr R. A. Young introduced Mr Geoff. Ollivier, who gave an address on tactics.
