Otago Students Favour Suspension. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 14. The Otago University Students’ Association has decided against sending a
team to the annual inter-university tournament in Wellington at Easter. This decision was reached this evening, following a recommendation from the Canterbury College Tournament Committee that the holding of the Easter tournament be suspended until further notice. In common with the Canterbury College committee, the Otago Stu dents’ Association feels that, in view of the economic situation, it is not justified in sending a team away.
