EXPELLING AGITATORS.

United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, March 12. The movement for the deportation of agitators is gaining ground. A man named Max Herndl, upon completion of his present sentence of six months imprisonment for rioting, is to be deported to Switzerland. British Columbia is proposing to call a conference of representatives of the western provinces at which dominion authority will be sought for the deportation of all agitators. The Vancouver branch of the Veterans Legion has expelled three members for participation in an unemployed parade in which the Red Flag was carried.
