The household's evening meal consisted mainly of cold pickled pork, part of which had been eaten cold on the previous evening, and tongue. Miss S\ r bil Dunn, who was the least affected, ate only a small portion of the pork. When she returned she found the others in agony. She hurried to the telephone, but, as many local doctors were attending the medical conference ball, she had to make twentytwo rings before she found a doctor in.
