MOTOR-CYCLE RACES.

Handicaps Declared for New Brighton Meeting. Several of the visiting riders who will be competing at the open motor-cycle championship meeting to be held by the Pioneer Sports Club to-morrow afternoon on the New Brighton trotting grounds, arrived last evening. The Otago representative is expected this evening, the strong northern contingent by the ferry boat in the morning. The latter includes Alby Lemon (Auckland), Percy Coleman (Wanganui), Harry Mangham (Masterton), W. Viggers and Ron. Oliver (Wellington). The track is reported to be in firstclass order, and given fine weather, fast times should be recorded.
