MOA SKELETONS FOUND.

Per Presa Association. TE KUITI, March 5. While exploring a cave at the back of his station at Marakopa Valley, Mr E. Phillips found seven moa skeletons, almost intact, in the sandy limestone. The bones were brittle owing to the action of the limestone, and care is being taken in handling them by experts. The bones were found twenty miles east of Waitomo.
