Wally Kilmister to Ride at Monica Park. Five international riders and the ful contingent of Canterbury riders w-il take part in the big programme o: broadsiding to be presented at Monies Park Speedway to-morrow night. The list of visitors is headed by nt less a champion than Wally Ivilmister of Wellington, an international* who i; famous in England. Australia and Nev Zealand for his great riding. Kil mister will make one appearance 01113 and that will be in his several engage ments to-morrow night. Just how gooc Kilmister is after his successful sea son in England is indicated by the fac that in the North Island he has beater Tom Farndon, Nobby Key, Vic Huxlej and Ray Tauser, of the United States Can the invincible Kilmister bea Cyril Anderson, the flying Australian whose breath-taking rides have thriller the crowds? Anderson equalled Sic Jackson’s mile record from a rolling start last Saturday, and Kilmister wil have to move along to head Anderson Both are at the top of their form, anc so is Charlie Blacklock, the Canterbury champion, who will match his skil against Anderson and Kilmister in three match races. That should mean thrills and speed. Kilmister and Anderson will make attempts on Squib Burton’s flying mile record, but patrons are warned to be early as both attempts will probably be made the first events of the programme Tommy Tompkins and Laurie Packet the fast Australians, will also figure on the programme. Percy Lunn anc Laurie Packer, Norman Cray anc Tomrav Tompkins, and Jack Oakley anc Jack Hobson will take part in three match races. There will he the usual series of handicap scratch and match races.
