RESTRICTING OVERTIME.
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 4, 11 a.m.) GENEVA. March 3. The Unemployment Committee of the International Labour Office adopted a resolution recommending measures with a view to restricting the discharge of salaried employees and fixing the hours of work in commercial offices, urging the desirableness of continuing overtime only if technical, seasonal or accidental requirements make it necessary.
