CHARGE AGAINST YOUTH.

Kelly, J.P., a you th from Mayfield appeared on a charge of entering the dwelling of Irene Mactier by night with intent to commit a crime Sergeant Kelly, who asked for a remand to January 22, which was granted, said that the offence was committed the day after the accused’s eighteenth birthday. An order was made for the suppression of the accused’s name in the meantime and bail was allowed in the sum of £SO and one surety of £SO.
