Lord Beaverbrook’s Six Points. HIS POLICY OUTLINED. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 21. Lord Beaverbrook, writing in the “ Daily Express ” outlines six points of policy which he considers necessary in order to save Britain and the Empire. The points are:— (1) Agricultural protection. (2) Industrial protection. (3) Crown Colonies and Dependencies to be brought into a customs union with Britain. (4) No waste of time over quotas, nor bargaining with nor imposing conditions on the Dominions, which should be given the full benefits of Empire free trade in the British market, and Britain should take what they are willing to give. (5) Economic conditions in India should be alleviated, thus destroying an atmosphere in which political agitation

(6) The shipping traffic of the Empire should be carried in Empire bottoms.
