United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SINGAPORE, December 15. Colonel H. C. Brinsmead’s condition is unchanged. A representative of the Dutch Government and the chief engineer of the Java Air Line have arrived at Bangkok to make inquiries into the cause of the air mail disaster.
