PA TAX. A.UCa&JsJ*V. J*' A boy named George Paradine fell off his cycle at Tailiape last evening and struck his head. He swooned, and died in hospital later. DRIVER CHARGED. A charge of negligently driving a motor lorry on the Ngahauranga Gorge Road cn October 3 so as to cause the death of James Gilmour is proceeding in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court against Cecil Champion Mexted. There is a further charge of operating a motor lorry not equipped with brakes complying with the requirements of the motor vehicles regulations. DANNEVISEE RACES.
