MAINTENANCE COURT.

Penalty for Disobedience of Order. A sitting: of the Maintenance Court was held this morning, Mr H. A. Young, S.M.. presiding. For disobedience of a maintenance order, Frederick James Evans was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment, the issue of the warrant to be suspended provided arrears are paid off at the rate of 15s a week. A maintenance order at the rate of 12s 6d a week was made against Patrick O’Rourka in respect of each of his three children. A guardianship order was also made. Robert Thomas Charles Waldren was ordered to pay 15s a week for the maintenance of his wife and to pay £25 past maintenance.
