United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. -BERLIN, November 25. Affirming that Moscow placed 1,500,000 gold roubles at the disposal of the English Communists during the general election, the newspaper “Germania” states that the executive of the Communist International has decided upon the disbandment of the Communist Party in Britain, “which has shown itself incapable of utilising a favourable internal situation for the furtherance of Communism.”
