CRITICS OF LABOUR.

Spirit of Party Warfare Condemned. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 24. Mr K. M’Lennan, Independent candidate for Wellington Suburbs, outlining his policy, said that he would support the Coalition as against the Labour Party, but would reserve the right to vote against proposals that he considered were not in the best interests of the country. He advocated the establishment of State farms upon which some unemployed might be placed until better times returned. The candidate was given a vote of thanks. Mr James Kerr, Coalition candidate for Hutt, criticised the attitude of the Labour Party. He said that Mr Holland had been invited to join the Coalition, but had declined. By his action he had shown the people that he would rather stick to party warfare than assist in helping the country in a time of need.
