West Australia Likely to Favour Move. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 24, 11.30 a.m.) PERTH, November 24. The Premier, Sir James Mitchell, said that he believed that there would be a big vote for secession from the Commonwealth. The carrying of the referendum would not mean secession, but the British Parliament could amend the Australian Constitution excluding West Australia, if that State could prove that injustice had been done.
