Draw for Section One of Club Competitions. The following matches in connection with the first rounds of the inter-club lawn tennis competitions will he played on Saturday, October 17, commencing at 2 p.m. sharp:— GRADE A. First Round.—Addington v. Avonside 1, at Avonside; Canterbury College v. Cathedral 1, at Cathedral; Edgeware v. Linwood 1, at Edgeware; Shirley v. St Albans, at St Albans; Sumner v. Woolston, at Woolston. GRADE B. First Round.—Addington Catholic v. Barrington, at Bairington; Cathedral v. North Linwood, at Wilding Park; St Albans v. St Andrew's, at Wilding Park; St Mark’s v. South Christchurch, at South Christchurch; Sumner v. Te Whaka, at Wilding Park; Woolston v. Spreydon, at Wilding Park.
