Ladies’ Championship of Manawatu. Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., October 1. In the Manawatu ladies’ golf championship the players who survived the first round are:—Misses Kay (Dunedin), Gaisford (Marton), Currie (Wanganui), Halley (Manawatu), Mesdames Kingscote and M’Killop (Christchurch), Partridge (Wanganui), Collinson (Manawatu). Miss Chry stall (Christchurch) was eliminated by Mrs M’Killop.
