ROUGH-HEWN POET.—A close-up study of the bronze statue of Henry Lawson, Australia’s bushman poet, recently erected in the Sydney Domain. The statue is the work of the late George Lambert, R.A., and the seated figure is that of a typical Australian bushman of the type immortalised in Lawson's verse.
