POWERFUL DRAMA.
Lupe Velez and John Boles combine excellently in their latest film, “ Resurrection,” a powerful drama which is being shown at Crystal Palace. There is an excellent selection of short films. With his homely face, his almost boyish shyness and his whimsical humour. Will Rogers, who has leaped to world-wide popularity, probably has never been better featured than in the Mark Twain comedy classic, or, rather an all-dialogue adaptation of it—“ A Connecticut Yankee,” or " A Yankee in King Arthur’s Court”—which will begin on Saturday at the Crystal Palace.
