List of Criminal Charges for Hearing. The criminal session of the Supreme Court at Christchurch will commence to-morrow. The following cases are set down for hearing. Arthur Lancelot Cyril Watkins alleged theft. Leicester Joseph Marsack, alleged theft (five charges). William Morris, alleged theft. George Russell Marsden, alleged theft. Robert John Munro, alleged theft (twelve charges). Violet Beatrice Moor, alleged abandoning child under two years of age. Albert Holt, alleged indecent assauit. Charles Gatehouse, alleged offence against a female inmate of a State institution. Alan Hirst, alleged attempted offence against a female inmate of a State institution. William Edward Killick, Frank Royce Selwood and Hector George Milligan, alleged offences against female inmates of a State institution.
