This accumulated loss amounted to £IOB2 for the first year, £485 for the second year, £3051 for the third year, and £1155 for the fourth year. In the fifth year, after paying accumulated dividends, the profit remaining was £IBB. In the first year no directors’ fees were paid. In the second and third years part fees only were paid. In the fourth year all directors received an honorarium, the total of all three directors’ fees not exceeding £750 per annum.
