Coffee Jelly. li cup of hot coffee. 2 or 3oz white sugar. 1 gill cold water. 1 tablespoonful powdered gelatine. Soak the gelatine in the cold water, add this to the hot coffee, let it dissolve, and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. When the jelly begins to stiffen beat one-third of it until quite light. Put the jelly into glasses, alternating the plain with the beaten jelly, and topping -with a little whipped cream.
