Repeal Decided Upon by Labour Government SYDNEY, August 14. The Government of New South Wales has decided to repeal the Crimes Intimidation and Molestation Act passed by the Bavin Government, in 1929. during the timber workers’ strike The Act prohibits mass picketing, un lawful assemblies and molestation ot free labourers on occasions of strikes or lockouts.
