Forty-five Owners Share Stake Money. The stake money at the meeting was distributed among forty-five owners. Mr J. M’Donald was the most successful with £9OO, others who did well being Messrs G. J. Barton £790, T- F. M’Kendry £675, E. R. Husband £675, R. Wanden £6OO, S. G. Lemon £475, J. Fairbairn £460, J. Bryce £450 and P. Brown £4OO. Fourteen trainers turned out winners. O. E. Hooper headed the list with four (Great Logan two, Satin King and Milo Minto), followed by W. J. Tomkinson three (Sir Voyage two and Sunchild), R J. Humphreys three (Gemlight two and Harold Logan), D. Withers two (Regal Voyage and Sodium), J. Bryce two (Ayrmont Chimes two), and G. M’Kendry two (Belinda two). Those with one winner were C. Francis (Priceless), J. Young (Stanley T ), J. J. Kennerley (Warplane), C. R. Anning (Boneta), L. O. Thomas (Glenrossie), J. Henderson (Nelson de Oro), J. Fraser (Meteor), and E. R. Husband (Harold Thorpe). Fifteen drivers and riders were associated with winners. O. E. Hooper was most successful with four, followed by R. J. Humphreys three, G. M’Kendry three, J. Bryce, jun., two, W. J. Tomkinson two, while D. Withers, R. Young, J. R. Kennerley, J. Bryce, C. R. Anning, J: Fraser, jun., L. O. Thomas, D. C. Watts. M. Holmes and M. B. Edwards each piloted one winner. Matchlight, Logan Pointer and Oinako each sired three winners, while Great Audubon, Four Chimes, Sungod and First Voyage had two. the sires with one winner being Happy Voyage, Major Woolworth. Erin’s King, Man o’ War, Bon Patch, Rey de Oro and Our Thorpe. The progeny of twenty-nine sires earned money. Matchlight headed the list with £l3lO, followed by Rev de Oro £955, Logan Pointer £925. Holly Bank, Impromptu, Festival and Somerby were showing the way, but passing the stand Festival joined Holly Bank in the lead, with Impromptu and Somerby next, while Lifebuoy and Tactless were at the head of the others. Somerby ran to the fi'ont a round from home, leading out of the straight from Holly Bank. Impromptu and Tactless, with Ayrmont Chimes heading the next bunch. Half a mile from home Somerby was two lengths in front of Holly Bank, with Impromptu and Ayrmont Chimes next, while Lifebuoy was handy. Ayrmont Chimes took second place two furlongs from home, following Somerby to the straight, with Impromptu. Lifebuoy and Our George next, while Netta Oro was moving up fast on the rails. Ayrmont Chimes was in front a furlong from the post, and won easily by three lengths. Lifebuoy and Netta Oro caught Somerby fifty yards from home. Lifebuoy beating Netta Oro by a head. Somerby was two lengths away fourth. Times—4min 29sec. 4min 32 4-ssec. 4min 31sec. FAREWELL HANDICAP (In harness). Of 400 sovs; second horse 100 sovs and third horse 50 sovs from the stake. ful leading Dundas Boy and Muriel d’Oro along the back, while at the end of a fprlong Dilworth and Cardinal Logan were next. Passing the stand. Dundas Boy and Delightful were in charge, followed by Cardinal Logan, Muriel d’Oro. Tom Thumb and Dilworth. while Harold Logan was at tlie head of the others. Half a mile from home Dundas Boy and Delightful were still showing the way to Cardinal Logan, hut a little further on Harold Logan ran into third place. Harold Logan Joined the leading pair at the home turn, and led into the straight, with Dundas Boy and Delightful next, while Glenrossie was moving up fast. Harold Logan held his place in front, winning easily by two lengths from Glenrossie. Three lengths away came Muriel d’Oro. finishing fast, a neck in front of Dundas Boy. with Cardinal Logan fifth. Times—2min 41 2-ssec. 2min 42 4-ssec. 2min 44 3-ssec.
