No finality has been reached in the negotiations regarding the reduction ol grants for bursaries at Canterbury College. The Board of Governors has forwarded to the Minister of Education (the Hon H. At:lore) a list of what are considered hardship cases, and a Ministerial reply ' • awaited. The list of hardship cases includes a large proportion of the bursary holders.
