Important Advance Made in London. SUBSTANCE ISOLATED. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 12. It has been announced that the persistent efforts of ths research workers at the London Cancer Hospital have resulted in the discovery of a pure substance of a known structure that produces cancer in a large and constant proportion of cases. This is considered as an advance of the first magnitude towards the knowledge of the combination of factors that make the incidence of cancer possible.
