WELLINGTON, August 12. The jury awarded £IOOO damages to Mrs Mabel Prince, against Dr W. J. IT'Donald, for the loss of her husband, Peregrine Howard Prince, who was killed by a collision between the doctor’s car and Prince’s motor-cycle on a bend in the Paremata Road on Oc-,-'ber 17. The claim was originally !~:J00 but was amended to £IOOO.
