British Government’s Attitude Not Determined. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received August 12, noon.) RUGBY, August 11. The Prime Minister, Mr MacDonald, met the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr Phillip Snowden, to-day. In an interview Mr MacDonald said that he had completed his study of the report of the Economy Committee, but he emphasised the point that the Government’s attitude would not be decided until the meeting of the special Cabinet Sub-committee at the end of the month.
